American Idol alum Todrick Hall stars as Cinderfella in new video
He turns classic fairy tale into pro-gay marriage morality tale
Todrick Hall was a semifinalist on season nine of American Idol.
But he hasn’t let not making it further in the competition get him down.
Since his Idol days, Hall has been creative in getting himself out there on his own terms with his own videos, some of which have gone viral.
In the latest, he takes on the classic story of Cinderella but has transformed it into a pro-gay marriage morality tale.
Appearing with him are Lance Bass who is cast as ‘The Artist Formerly Known As Prince Charming.‘ Janice Dickinson plays his evil stepmother, RuPaul’s Drag Race alums Willam and Shangela portray his mean girl stepsisters, and pop stars Kimberly Cole and Aubrey O’Day perform at the midnight ball as Aladdin’s Jasmine and Alice In Wonderland.
