Anonymous goes after Westboro Baptist Church

Hacker collective Anonymous declares it will 'destroy' anti-gay Westboro Baptist Church

Anonymous goes after Westboro Baptist Church
16 December 2012

Anonymous has had enough with the antics of Westboro Baptist Church.

According to Salon, the hacker collective released the private information of members of the anti-LGBT church. The group produced a video explaining its actions.

‘We will destroy you. We are coming,’ an electronic voice warns.

As reported earlier, the infamous church threatened to picket the site of the Sandy Hook Elementary School massacre, less than a day after the tragedy, claiming the shooting was God’s punishment for the state of Connecticut legalizing same-sex marriage.

Church leader Shirley Phelps-Roger made the threat via Twitter, posting ‘Westboro will picket Sandy Hook Elementary School to sing praise to God for the glory of his work in executing his judgment.’

Below is the Anonymous video.
