I overheard your phone conversation with Mike last night about your plans to come out to me. The only thing I need you to plan is to bring home OJ and bread after class.
We are out, like you now.

this touched my heart and soul. My parents certainly suspected I was gay. When I entered the military, my father said to avoid the whores around base on my first weekend pass, and if I could not, to use a 'rubber' and wash with phisohex afterwords.
I actually spent the weekend with my DI.
This father is the one many of us wish we had. I hope this man recognizes just how fortunate he is to have a father like his. Mine still will not speak to me, and I left home 40 years ago.
Give that father a huge hug for all of us who lost our biological family after we came out.
