A thief who had sex with his victims and stole their wallets is now barred from every central London toilet.

Charles Omishore, 32, is banned from the entirety of the UK’s capital gay spot Soho, the West End, and a central part of Camden for the next five years.

Westminster Magistrates’ Court granted the anti-social behavioral order (ASBO) last Friday (8 February), after hearing he had sex and then pick-pocketed his victims for over a decade.

The court heard Omnishore routinely targeted gay men in public toilets, in bars and Hyde Park.

Westminster Councilor Nickie Aiken said: ‘We suspect Omnishore has been getting away with this for so long because his victims have been reluctant to come forward and report attacks and thefts.

‘A crime is a crime, and victims should feel they are able to report it, whatever the circumstances.

‘Our landmark ASBO finally rids central London of this predatory offender, and we will continue to take a zero-tolerance approach to theft, drug use and intimidating behavior in the West End.’

Kevin Hobson, a West End Chief Inspector, said he was ‘grateful’ to Soho people and businesses for helping to ‘ban this evil criminal from our community’.

‘The impact on victims from such crimes is immeasurable and to those who have come forward to help the investigations in the past we again offer our sincere thanks and support,’ he said.

In total, Omnishore has 22 convictions over the past ten years ranging from smoking crack cocaine in public telephone boxes to fraud.
