Here is the recipe to make your own English Rose cocktail:

• 50ml Edgerton Pink Gin
• 25ml lemon juice
• 25ml Chase Rhubarb Liqueur
• Dash Gomme Syrup (or tsp sugar)
• Dash Rose syrup
• Dash Grapefruit Bitters
• 15ml sparkling mineral water

Simply shake the ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker, and strain it into a glass of your choice.
