Britain has a lot going on this summer.

There’s the Summer Olympics, the Diamond Jubilee, and London will also pay host to World Pride, a global celebration of gay rights everywhere.

Thankfully, the summer months means it is gin season, and we are ‘ginuinely’ in love with Edgerton Pink Gin.

Boasting 14 exotic flavors and distilled to 47%, Edgerton Original Pink is a complex, adaptable and unique tasting gin that represents the best of British style.

The first ever pink gin made in London, the spirit works especially well in an ‘English Rose’ cocktail concocted by Edgerton.

Here is the recipe to make your own English Rose cocktail:

  • 50ml Edgerton Pink Gin
  • 25ml lemon juice
  • 25ml Chase Rhubarb Liqueur
  • Dash Gomme Syrup (or tsp sugar)
  • Dash Rose syrup
  • Dash Grapefruit Bitters
  • 15ml sparkling mineral water

Simply shake the ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker, and strain it into a glass of your choice.

The high class pink gin is priced reasonably at £35 RRP ($54.63, €43.58), and is sold in places like Harvey Nichols, Selfridges, Waitrose, The Ritz, The Savoy, The Dorchester and Claridges.
