Pop star Jennifer Lopez is suing US magazines for claiming her dancer boyfriend Casper Smart was spotted at a gay sex club.

In its report, Star Magazine included photographs of Smart outside a peep show in New York and claimed it was a ‘well-known cruising spot’ or gay men.

In Touch also ran a similar story, saying he was ‘caught’ with an ‘exotic masseuse’ the day before J-Lo’s birthday.

According to STV, the couple’s attorneys have now allegedly sent letters to the publications slamming the rumors as ‘false, malicious and defamatory’.

Lawyers added that the Dance Again singer will file a lawsuit if the magazines don’t publish a full retraction, reported TMZ.com

The 25-year-old has been dogged by gay rumors since dating the Latina star thrust him into the limelight.

Joshua Lee Ayers, a dancer at a Hollywood nightclub, claimed on Twitter in June that Smart was gay after a photo of J-Lo’s boyfriend in gold glittery shorts.
