Lindsay Lohan’s ex-girlfriend Samantha Ronson has branded Paris Hilton’s latest venture as a DJ as ‘insulting’.

The hotel heiress was seen spinning the decks at a music festival in Sao Paulo, Brazil, last month, but had to be aided by a technician during the short set.

DJ Ronson this week lashed out at Hilton during an interview with TMZ.com, criticizing her eratic career choices.

‘It’s like, c’mon man. She’s tried everything now. Just put some quality behind the shit that you do,’ Ronson raged.

‘Put some effort into it…If you do the work, your work will speak for itself (but) if you’re just like, "Oh I want to figure out how I can make more money this week’, it insults the people that work really hard at it…

‘It’s like me calling myself a doctor from reading (health website) WebMD twice.’

Paris Hilton’s colorful career has included everything from acting and singing to launching her own perfume range.
