Creator Ryan Murphy shares scene after reaching 500,000 followers on Twitter
Glee creator Ryan Murphy joined Twitter only days ago but he already has more than 100,000 followers.
As a thank you to fans for helping him to reach the milestone so quickly, Murphy shared with his followers a never-aired scene between Glee couple Kurt (Chris Colfer) and Blaine (Darren Criss) from last season’s Christmas episode.
‘Gleeks are the best fans in the world,’ Murphy wrote on Twitter. ‘Because you asked for it…here is the long lost Klaine Box Scene.’
The ‘Box Scene,’ from Kurt and Blaine’s first Christmas together, was cut from the episode die to time constraints and is a real showcase for Criss who comes off as the best boyfriend on Earth.
Kurt is blue over being outbid on every item he wanted in the Elizabeth Taylor jewelry auction. Blaine cheers him up with a present in a small box – a ring box.
It’s not an engagement ring but instead a promise ring which signifies Blaine’s promise ‘to always love you, to defend you even when I know you’re wrong, to surprise you, to always pick up your phone call no matter what I’m doing to, to make you cookies, to kiss you whenever and wherever you want. But mostly, just to make you remember how perfectly imperfect you are.’
