Gay men feel the summer heat as poster for Channing Tatum's steamy stripper movie hits London buses

29 June 2012

The advertising campaign for the film Magic Mike, starring Channing Tatum and hunky gay actor Matt Bomer, has revved up considerably ahead of its July release date…and we love it!

The movie, loosely based on Channing Tatum’s real life experience as a stripper, is opening soon and suddenly London and indeed cities worldwide are being plastered with Tatum’s hot torso.

The film is directed by Oscar winner Steven Soderberg and also stars Alex Pettyfer, Matthew McConaughey and our personal favorite (ever since he appeared as Alcide in True Blood) Joe Maganiello, who will be playing a character named Big Dick Richie…drool.

Although the film appears to be light on gay characters, gay men will undoubtedly appear in droves come opening weekend.

Until then we have the London buses to stare at while trying to avoid the inevitable traffic accidents they will cause. Eyes on the road boys!
