Transgender beauty expert Drew-Ashlyn Cunningham argues a subtle approach is a better way to get attention

I took a photo the other day of me in a bodycon dress and I must admit I felt pretty sexy.

But, that being said, it made me look back to how I used to dress a few years ago. So I did a comparison. Even though the style of the dresses is both bodycon bandage, I look completely different.

I know I’ve changed a lot over time – my makeup has got better, my hair is a lot darker, my lips are far fuller. The overall image is different. Yes, I’m still dressed sexy but I think now it’s in a more classy way.

Was rejected by show that begins featuring him in guest role this week

Imagine an alternative pop culture universe where Adam Lambert was cast as a kid on Glee instead of making his name on American Idol.

It could have happened.

The Grammy-nominated star says he auditioned for the Fox hit in his pre-Idol days.

'It’s funny because I actually auditioned for the show before it started before I was on Idol. The casting director was like. "Well, I love your voice but I think you’re too old to be in the show" and so I didn’t get it. And then Idol happened.'

What happens when the same-sex couple in the family are not just caring for their own kids but also for their parents?

To hear the anti-gay crowd describe it, the concept of ‘family’ is a narrow one. While claiming it to be ‘traditional’, their idea of family seems to be Adam and Eve stepping out of the Garden of Eden and right into a 50s-era sitcom.

Eve sports pearls around her neck and an oh-so tasteful house frock, and Adam a cardigan sweater and a pipe. There are no elders, they were born of dust and rib bones. Cain and Abel morph into rambunctious kids with a dog, and life is ideal.
