Dance partner Robin Windsor says former Emmerdale actor Riley is camp, fun and like a gay man

Strictly Come Dancing star Lisa Riley’s is a gay man trapped in a woman’s body, her dancing partner Robin Windsor has said.

The British TV show, now on its 10 season, is equivalent to Dancing With The Stars in other countries.

And it has become known for its comical dancers, including gay astrologer Russell Grant and clumsy homophobic politician Ann Widdecombe.

Mayor of London Boris Johnson has said he doesn't 'see what the fuss is about' when it comes to same-sex marriage.

His comments come on the closing day of the Conservative Party's annual conference in Birmingham.

The conference has seen some in the party question Prime Minister David Cameron's support for same-sex marriage, led by former minister Anne Widdecombe and ex-Archbishop George Carey who made headlines by saying some gay marriage supporters were like Nazis.

When British Prime Minister David Cameron pledged his full support for equal marriage he made a very simple and very clear statement: ‘I don’t support gay marriage despite being a Conservative. I support gay marriage because I am a Conservative.’

Hoorah for the gay community, we all shouted, about time too! So why on earth, six months on, during a Conservative Party Conference fringe event in Birmingham this week, are we, the LGBT community, subjected to the vile, homophobic rants of vocal members of his party?

British Prime Minister defies traditionalists and religious groups by continuing push for equal marriage

British Prime Minister David Cameron is determined to push through plans to legalize gay marriage, despite mounting pressure from right-wing traditionalists and religious groups.

Cameron has told ministers that he wants to pass an equal marriage bill as soon as possible.

The Conservative Party leader is reportedly sticking to his guns despite facing a rebellion from within his own party because he believes it is a 'straightforward matter of equality', a Downing Street source told The Independent.

Most people in the UK, fortunately, and all truly professional psychologists and psychiatrists now realise that ‘curing’ lesbian, gay or bisexual people doesn’t work and attempting to do so can do a lot of harm.

Conservative MP turned cuddly celebrity Ann Widdecombe has revealed she's not so loveable afterall, proclaiming her support for 'voodoo' gay cure therapies.

Writing in The Daily Express newspaper today, the former British prisons minister said 'unhappy homosexuals' wanting to change their sexuality should be able to do so.
