Openly gay swimmer Martin Cremin also poses in his Speedos alongside Team GB stars for magazine's Sex Issue

British diving star Chris Mears has posed for a revealing, flesh-filled photoshoot for Attitude's latest Sex Issue.

The 21-year-old appears on the cover of the gay magazine in his Speedos, alongside Team GB swimmers Tom Haffield, Ieuan Lloyd and openly gay Martin Cremin.
 
In the accompanying interview, the guys discuss why divers and swimmers often shave their body hair, with 23-year-old Martin explaining: 'it's a powerful psychological thing – [and] the water feels different against your skin.'

Gay Olympic diver beat out celebs like David Beckham, Shayne Ward and Duncan James to win the top 100

Tom Daley may have wowed the world with athleticism, but it is something else that has got readers of a gay magazine sweating.

For the second year in the row, the Olympic diver was announced at the top of Attitude magazine’s 100 Sexiest Men In The World.

Singer Shayne Ward, actor Zac Efron, footballer David Beckham and The Only Way Is Essex star Dan Osbourne rounded off the top five.

McFly’s Harry Judd was number six, followed by diver Chris Mears, Blue’s Duncan James, One Direction’s Zayn Malik and Looking’s Russell Tovey finishing the top 10.

The couple say they want to be able to call each other ‘husband’ instead of ‘partner’

Celebrity gay couple Elton John and David Furnish are planning to get married, following suit of gay couples all over England and Wales who can now legally marry.

British music icon John, 67, and partner Furnish, 51, have been civil partners since December 2005, entering their civil partnership on the day the act was passed.

The couple told Attitude magazine they plan to marry to further fly the flag for gay equality.

Soccer star David Beckham is proud of his 2002 Attitude magazine spread

David Beckham is more than ready to shed some clothes for a gay magazine if asked.

The 38-year-old retired soccer star was reminiscing about his semi-naked cover shot for Attitude magazine, a gay publication, in 2002.

‘I know that some people thought it was controversial, but I was just being myself...', he said to The Times Magazine, according to Now Daily.

British Olympic diver, 19, tops poll to find the sexiest man in the world, according to gay men

Olympic diver and bronze-medalist Tom Daley clearly made an impression after London 2012, as he has beaten out competitors like David Beckham and Prince Harry in a gay men's 'sexiest male' award.

The baby-faced 19-year-old diver triumphed over the footballing star -  recently seen poolside modelling undies for H&M – into second place.

Prince Harry’s naked exploits in Los Vegas last summer have clearly done his image no harm in gay eyes – the rebellious royal came fourth.

Cafe Funke in Copenhagen, Denmark, apologizes for throwing out two gay men and promises to re-educate security staff

Two gay men have caught the attention of the LGBT public in Copenhagen after being thrown out of a straight bar for kissing.

The doorman at Cafe Funke decided to throw out the two men on 29 March, saying they should go to a gay bar instead.

But one of them, Christoffer Jakshøj, is from the Danish LGBT Youth Organization and he reported the incident to the police as a hate crime.

British soap star, who plays Joey Branning in EastEnders, says he would be happy if his lothario character ended up gay

A British soap star, regularly named ‘Sexiest Male’ at soap awards, has said he would be happy if his character turned out to be gay.

David Witts, who plays Joey Branning in EastEnders, has said he is ‘not opposed’ to seeing his character experiment.

‘I think it's very unlikely that he will end up gay. But if he did, that would be fine,’ the 22-year-old told Attitude magazine. ‘I'm not opposed to it. I've played gay before.’

The Harry Potter star on American men, gay sex scenes and new film Kill Your Darlings

Harry Potter actor Daniel Radcliffe has joked about Englishmen being seen as gay while filming for his new role as American beat poet Allen Gisberg in Kill Your Darlings.

On acting and living in America, Radcliffe told Out Magazine: 'I was talking to someone about this and I said, "Why is it that when people meet English men in America they automatically think they're gay?"

West Ham United winger Matt Jarvis has become only the third pro-footballer to appear on the cover of Attitude magazine and says he is sure that there are players who are gay and when they come out it won’t be a shock

West Ham United’s Matt Jarvis has become only the third professional footballer to appear on the cover of Attitude magazine.

David Beckham was the first professional player to do so in 2002, followed by Freddie Ljungberg in 2006.

In its January issue, Jarvis tells the magazine that today’s football community is not homophobic and would accept gay professional players.

When asked if players should come out, Jarvis told Attitude, ‘Yeah, of course.’

Stonewall, Britain’s leading gay campaign group, has named Cardinal Keith O’Brien its Bigot of the Year at its annual awards ceremony.

The leader of the Catholic Church in Scotland, declared ‘war’ on plans for same-sex marriage equality in the country and likened gay marriage to slavery and child abuse.

Ruth Davidson, who went from a newly-elected Member of the Scottish Parliament to being the first openly-gay leader of a major political party in Britain by heading Scotland’s Conservatives, was cheered when she was named Politician of the Year.

Retired rugby stud featured on magazine's annual 'Naked Issue'

Welsh rugby star Gareth Thomas quickly become a hero to so many  because of the openness and courage he displayed when coming out publicly as a gay man in 2009.

It also didn't hurt that he has one of the best physiques in all of sport.

That chiseled body is on full display on in the upcoming 'Naked Issue" of the UK magazine Attitude. Thomas is on the cover wearing only his hands which strategically cover his private parts.
