'He is an angel, he's not a terrestrial mortal'

Dax Shepard appeared on The Ellen DeGeneres Show this week and lamented the fact that Brad Pitt is now married to Angelina Jolie.

'He's really off the market now,' the actor told DeGeneres.

Shepard, married to actress Kristen Bell, still seemed to holding on to some hope that the two could get together.

'We're both married, we both have a lot to lose. He may be a great secret keeper if I had to step outside the confines of my marital bond. He would probably be the best guy to do it with because he has a lot to lose.'
