Top UK stars send messages of support to gay choir's charity event

Celebrities have spoken out in support of Brighton Gay Men’s Chorus ahead of a major festival appearance.

The Guilty Treasures show opens at Brighton’s coveted fringe festival this weekend in the seaside city on England's south coast.

Welsh pop star Duffy recorded a message of support wishing the 65 strong chorus good luck singing a version of her hit song Mercy.

She was joined by R&B diva Beverly Knight who tweeted a message of support while also trying to guess what they might choose for their ultimate gay song.
