The American Family Association’s Bryan Fischer has likened the owners of an Indiana pizzeria to Nazi Holocaust victim Anne Frank because they temporarily closed their restaurant and went into hiding after a public backlash

Bryan Fischer, one of the most extreme homophobic public figures in the United States, has made the bizarre comparison between the owners of an Indiana pizzeria that announced they intended to use their state’s controversial ‘religious freedom’ law to refuse to cater gay weddings to one of the most well known victims of the Nazi Holocaust.

The former Director of Issues Analysis for the American Family Association (AFA) made the comments on his FocalPoint show on the AFA Channel online on Monday.

Oh...kay...

There is a lot of homophobic drivel to come out of the Indiana debacle, but this might be the most ridiculous yet.

On his radio program this week, Bryan Fischer claimed an attempt to clarify the state's 'religious freedom' law would lead to Christians being pushed into slavery.

Indiana Governor Mike Pence has tried to alleviate some of the criticism over the law, claiming he is happy to try to clarify it to make it clear no business has a right to deny services to customers.

Human Rights Campaign fires back at the American Family Association in a scathing blog post

The American Family Association (AFA) has published an 'anti-Christian bigotry map' that pinpoints the exact locations for all the offices of two LGBTI rights groups.

The map divides 'bigots' into four categories: anti-Christians, atheists, humanists and those with a 'homosexual agenda.'

AFA reportedly fired him for connecting Nazism with homosexuality

Bryan Fischer is practically a real-life caricature of a right-wing, religious radical spouting homophobia at every chance he gets.

But now, he is no longer serving as the spokesman for the American Family Association.

Rachel Maddow, speaking on her show, said: 'Fischer has been their director of issue analysis, the director of issue analysis for the American Family Association forever. He’s basically quoted everywhere for years now as the organization’s spokesman...

Someone doesn't know the meaning of the word 'literally'

Bryan Fischer has come up with perhaps one of the most ridiculous statements an anti-gay pundit has ever given to the world.

He has claimed that when you meet gay people, you are 'literally staring' at the energy of Satan.

Somehow under the belief that all LGBTI people are the gay devil from South Park, the radio host was responding to Louisiana Governor and possible presidential candidate Bobby Jindal who held a prayer rally featuring some of the most far-right Republicans in US politics.

'And if people aren't politically conditioned to accept it, their natural reaction is that's just not normal, that's just not natural, that's not what human beings were designed for...'

US pundit Bryan Fischer thinks God, and humans, have an innate aversion to gay sexuality.

According to Right Wing Watch, the director of issues analysis for the American Family Association went on a linguistic historical lesson on the word 'abomination.'

Fischer reassured his 21 August listeners homosexuality is an abomination in God's eyes.

'When God sees it, it causes him to recoil,' Fischer explained.

'Obama politicizes deaths of AIDS researchers on Malaysian plane. We know how to stop AIDS: persuade men not to have sex with men'

President Barack Obama is being accused of using the Malaysia Airlines flight that crashed in Ukraine last week to further a ‘radical gay agenda’.

The American Family Association’s Bryan Fischer ranted in a predictable manner after the president paid tribute to the loss of dozens of HIV and AIDS researchers.

Obama said the US will ‘continue to stand for the basic principle that people have a right to live as they choose’.

Fischer was not happy.

'They are belligerent, they are intolerant, they are bullies and we have been meekly capitulating to this tiny little cluster of belligerent bullies now for a couple of decades and it's time that we stop with all of that'

US pundit Bryan Fischer is confused why Christians permit a 'tiny little minority' of gay people to have so much power.

The American Family Association spokesman has claimed that the ‘gay gestapo’ is bringing back slavery in the US by expecting Christian bakers to not discriminate against gay couples

American Family Association spokesman Bryan Fischer has accused the LGBTI community of forgetting the Civil War and trying to bring back slavery by trying to stop Christian bakers discriminating against same-sex couples.

Fischer made the comments in complaining about a Colorado Civil Rights Commission ruling against a Christian baker who had refused to bake a cake in 2012 for a same-sex couple who married in Massachusetts and wanted a cake for a celebration of that marriage when they returned to their home state.

Bryan Fischer, of the American Family Association, used Bible proverbs to justify his comparison of equality campaigners to leeches

Bryan Fischer, anti-gay spokesperson for the American Family Association, has lashed out again at gay activists calling them leeches.

Fischer has previously rallied against gay rights campaigners, calling them ‘Jack-Booted Homo-Fascist Thugs’, and in his most recent rant he has compared them to leeches and is using the Bible for support.

'The portrait there that's being presented is designed to make you think that same-sex households are wonderful, they're loving, this is paradise, this is the optimum nurturing environment for children...'

Bryan Fischer thinks the audience watching Modern Family doesn't realize the severe damage the show does to culture and family life.

The spokesperson for the anti-gay American Family Association was a guest on Kevin Miller's radio show. The host maintains Christians are troubled by ABC's Modern Family, which has one same-sex couple raising a daughter.

American Family Association spokesman Bryan Fischer says LGBTI rights activists are ‘Jack-Booted Homo-Fascist Thugs’ for wanting businesses owned by religious people to provide them goods and services

American Family Association spokesman Bryan Fischer has weighed in on Arizona’s bill that would allow businesses to legally discriminate against gay customers in the name of ‘religious liberty’ – labeling LGBTI activists who feel businesses should not be able to discriminate against them ‘homo-fascists’ and ‘Big Gay.’

‘If “Big Gay” homosexual activists actually believed in tolerance they would respect the convictions of Christian businessmen,’ Fischer said on his Focal Point online radio show on Monday.

'If you are for the legalization of homosexuality, you are for the acceptability of homosexuality, you are for the normalization of homosexuality, you do not care about black males'

It's unfair to expect anything logical from Bryan Fischer.

The spokesperson for the American Family Association has a long history of weird, and unreasoned, comments. From gay men being Hitler's storm troopers to a call for the kidnapping of children from gay parents.

US right-wing pundits explode after watching same-sex marriages during the music awards ceremony

Gay weddings at the Grammy awards are being branded as 'perverse', 'hateful', and 'intolerant' by extreme right-wing US pundits.

In a segment during the music awards on 26 January, 33 gay and straight couples were married during a performance of equality anthem ‘Same Love’ by Macklemore and Ryan Lewis, who were joined by Mary Lambert, Madonna and Queen Latifah on stage.

‘Heads up: Grammy telecast to feature sodomy-based wedding ceremonies,' American Family Radio talk show host Bryan Fischer warned before the start of the show.
