Rosie O'Donnell's plans to marry Michelle Rounds just became public but the couple has actually already been engaged for months.

While O'Donnell was not yet planning to make any kind of public announcement, the television personality herself is responsible for the news getting out anyway. 

During a commercial break of a taping of The Rosie Show, her nightly cable talk show on the Oprah Winfrey Network, O'Donnell shared the news with guest RuPaul.
