Fabian Zanzi alleges actor sexually assaulted him on ship in 2009

It's another week and another lawsuit filed against John Travolta.

Fabian Zanzi, a former Royal Caribbean Cruise Line steward, is seeking unspecified damages stemming from an alleged incident on a 2009 cruise.

Zanzi claims that when he brought food to Travolta on the ship, the actor asked for a neck massage. He said that when he reached for Travolta's neck, the star took off his robe and forcefully hugged the employee, according to TMZ.com.

The good news for John  Travolta is that two male masseurs who are accusing him of sexual harassment have yet to refile their lawsuits which they dropped last month.

The bad news is now someone else is suing the Oscar nominated actor.

This week, the author of a self-published book called You'll Never Spa in This Town Again filed suit in Los Angeles Superior Court against Travolta and his attorney, Marty Singer.

The policy change will be in place for the start of this fall’s 2013 pageant season, a time when most of the competitions around the world begin to take place.
