Horrifying images show a masked executioner about to behead a young, blindfolded man with a sword

Islamic extremists have beheaded three gay men in Iraq.

In pictures published on social media, it shows men blindfolded and knelt in front of a huge crowd in an unidentified province in the northern city of Nineveh.

A masked executioner, dressed in black, wields a long, rusty and bloody sword.

While the bodies were not shown, it is claimed the three young men were killed for 'blasphemy'. Under Islamic State-imposed sharia law, homosexuality is punishable by death.

Gay rights activists in Syria have alleged they have been told 'they're not worth saving' from ISIS.

Nour, a gay man, lives near to where Islamic extremists are throwing gay men off buildings and then, if they survive, encouraging others to stone them to death.

During an interview with CNN, Nour alleged he and others have tried to reach out to international groups but have been told they are not a 'priority'.

Islamic State militants have threatened to take over Rome and throw gay people from the 'Leaning Tower of Pizza.'

The militant group made the threat Saturday (21 February) on Twitter, seemingly unaware of the glaring spelling mistake – or the fact that the tower is 200 miles outside of the Italian capital.

'#We_Are_Coming_O_Rome, we will conquer & establish the justice of #shariah. We will use your leaning tower of pizza to throw off homosexual,' the tweet reads.

'#We_Are_Coming_O_Rome with slaughter,' said a second.

James David Manning praises the 'wisdom' of ISIS for stoning gay men

A New York City pastor who made the bizarre claim that Starbucks flavors its coffee with semen has said he was tempted by gay sex while in prison.

James David Manning of ATLAH Worldwide Missionary Church in Harlem made the admission in an interview with the Young Turks.

'Absolutely, no doubt about it. I spent three and a half years in prison,' he said.

'I saw a lot of that activity going on in prison. It was par for the course.

'I was tempted but I didn’t yield to temptation, by the way. You need to know that.

Radical group uses document to ‘clarify’ sick rules, to be imposed in areas of Iraq and Syria

The Islamic State has released a list of punishments to be enforced in the areas of Iraq and Syria under its control – and the punishment for gay sex is death.

Those who have committed blasphemy or adultery, or are found spying for 'non-believers’, will also be sentenced to death, according to the terrifying document which has now become widely available.

Other punishments include amputation for stealing, and 80 lashes for slandering or drinking alcohol.

The December 23 edition of All In with Chris Hayes on MSNBC was a joyful one to watch.

Comedian guest Sam Seder brought up the topic of gay marriage by saying how difficult it must have been for an Iowa lesbian couple to have to wait for 72 years before they got married over the summer.

Hayes and his guests then expressed one after another how the US has already reached a tipping point and built a supportive consensus.

Islamic State members reportedly killed a man they found guilty of practicing sodomy by throwing him from a rooftop and then stoning him to death

There has been a further report of the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria (ISIS) executing men it suspects of being gay, with the militant group issuing an online statement to that effect on Tuesday.

‘The Islamic court in Wilayet al-Furat decided that a man who has practiced sodomy must be thrown off the highest point in the city, and then stoned to death,’ the statement reads.

The man was thrown from a rooftop and then stoned to death after the initial fall did not kill him.
