Anti-gay US politician Amy Koch has received an open letter ‘on behalf of all gay and lesbian Minnesotans’ from local resident John Medeiros.

The ex-state Senate Majority Leader of Midwestern state Minnesota recently resigned after it was alleged that she had engaged in an illicit affair with a male staff member.
