Dan Gillespie Sells, lead singer of The Feeling and Charlie Condou, star of British soap Coronation Street have become patrons of gay youth homeless charity.

The Albert Kennedy Trust (AKT) works with lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people aged 16 to 25 who are homeless or living in a hostile environment. It helps them find a safe place to live and fulfill their potential.
