Using 'state-of-the-art, cloud-based algorithms' to recognize human faces, the new site How Do I Look attempts to guess your age and gender from a photo alone.

These results range from flattering, if you care what age you look like, to decades away from what it says on your birth certificate.

Just when the world needs a big gay musical, director Gene David Kirk and his cast deliver

It was 2001 when the original version of Closer To Heaven hit the London stage. With music from Pet Shop Boys and story by Jonathan Harvey, it was a six month run that received mixed reviews.

I wasn't in London at the time, but I'd loved the album Nightlife – which had featured several of the songs – so when the revival at the Union Theatre was announced there was no way I was missing it.

She kills it anyway

Chaka Khan has performed the Weather Girls' classic It's Raining Men on the Late Show with David Letterman last night.

Well, she tried to.

Clearly using an auto-prompter, the diva clearly didn't learn the lyrics.

While she still slayed it anyway, looking stunning for 62, it was slightly awkward.

Co-writer of the track, Paul Shaffer, was playing along on the piano. He didn't look too pleased.

The lady's not for vogueing

Madonna has built a career of being an ally to the LGBTI community, so it was perhaps not the greatest idea to say she is inspired by Margaret Thatcher.

The late British Prime Minister, the only female political leader Britain has ever had, was an unapologetic homophobe who brought in Section 28 - the law that banned the 'promotion' of homosexuality in schools.

It apparently started when the Queen of Pop was attending a performance of Tony award-winning Broadway play Hamilton on Saturday night (18 April).

Zukerman performed with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra conducted by Christoph Koenig at London's Royal Festival Hall.

It had been a brilliant sunny Spring day and London's Southbank precinct was swarming with an excited after-work crowd, drinking, laughing, and making the most of the warm evening.

One of the best views along the Thames and across the city is from the sixth floor balcony of the Royal Festival Hall.

It was pretty much a sell-out crowd that was gathering for a performance by the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, conducted by Christoph Koenig.
