Tony winner's caricature joins more than 1,300 others inside the legendary eatery

Neil Patrick Harris has ended his run on Broadway in Hedwig and the Angry Inch and can add another major accolade to his Tony and Drama Desk awards.

The actor's caricature is now hanging on the wall at Sardi’s restaurant.

His fiance, David Burtka, posted this tweet about the honor: I couldn't be more proud of you ... you got your face up . Your legend lives on!'

Jane Lynch is now a two-time Emmy winner.

The actress, who won her first Emmy for her portrayal of Sue Sylvester on Glee, picked up the second trophy Saturday (16 August) night for hosting NBC's Hollywood Game Night.

While the Primetime Emmys will be handed out next Sunday (24 August), many categories were presented at Saturday's Creative Arts Emmys at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles.

Lynch won in the category of Outstanding Host For A Reality Or Reality-Competition Program.

Star Trek icon opens up about his signature phrase and blames Howard Stern for its popularity

At 77, George Takei is still saying 'Oh my!' whenever his signature phrase fits the situation.

Don't expect him to ever stop.

The Star Trek icon, subject of the new documentary To Be Takei, opened up in the new issue of Entertainment Weekly about why he so often uses those two words together as he goes through life.

'Oh my! I've been saying "Oh my!" my entire life,' he said.

He then offered some examples of when and how he says it.

National Enquirer story completey debunked by Harris spokesman as 'complete and utter nonsense'

David Burtka has been with Neil Patrick Harris for more than a decade and they are the parents of twins.

But since they are not married, the National Enquirer tabloid is referring to Burtka as the Tony winner's 'gay lover' in a story about an alleged fiery split.

In the left top corner of the tabloid is the headline: Neil Patrick Harris: Storm Out on Gay Lover.'

The proof?

Harris, set to wrap up his run as Broadway's Hedwig this weekend, was spotted leaving the couple’s New York City brownstone at least four times since June all by himself.

Or, it seems, teenagers who express a political opinion different from her own - even of that teenager happened to be future CNN anchor Anderson Cooper.

The death of Robin Williams on Monday (11 August) has left many of the Oscar winning actor's showbiz friends shocked and in mourning.

Ellen DeGeneres, who welcomed Williams onto her daytime talk show many times over the years tweeted that she just could not believe the news.

'He gave so much to so many people,' she tweeted. ' I’m heartbroken.'

Neil Patrick Harris tweeted: 'I am stunned and just reeling from the news of Robin Williams’ death. He brought so much joy and heart to millions… Just, wow.'

LeAnn Rimes is trying to make a musical comeback and she's courting the gays to help make it a success.

She's also bringing along her hunky husband, actor Eddie Cibrian, to some of her appearances at gay clubs to promote her new album Dance Like You Don't Give a ... which is a collection of remixes spanning her 20-year career.

'I've always said that Eddie and I are a gay man's wet dream. I sing, you can look at him, and it's perfect,' Rimes tells PrideSource.

With more and more Hollywood stars coming out publicly, it is inevitable that some of them would end up working together on a project.

That has happened with Oscar-nominee Ellen Page, who came out as a lesbian on Valentine's Day, and bisexual actress Evan Rachel Wood.

The two stars are playing sisters in the new film Into the Forest which is based in the novel by Jean Hedland.

Their characters live in a remote ancient forest and they fight for survival as they discover the world around them is on the brink of an apocalypse.

A three-time Emmy winner for his performance as Sheldon Cooper on the CBS comedy The Big Bang Theory, Parsons will earn $1 million per episode over the next three seasons, Deadline Hollywood reported on Monday (4 August).

Mariah Carey will grace the cover of a new free magazine for Turkey’s LGBTI community which comes out tomorrow

US pop singer Mariah Carey will be the cover model for the first issue of a new free magazine for Turkey’s LGBTI community which comes out tomorrow.

The Hurriyet Daily reports that Carey was enthusiastic about being a part of the project when contacted by staff at GayMag magazine.

An interview with Turkish actress and singer Hülya Avşar also appears in the first issue and staff at GayMag are confident that other Turkish celebrities will want to appear in the magazine in future issues.

But the Oscar-nominated star found the time to pull a prank on his brother, actor Dave Franco, and Zac Efron with whom Dave co-starred in the recent box office smash Neighbors.

Franco posted a bogus tabloid story, written by 'Dave Francock,' on social media which claims Efron and Dave Franco are dating and uses photos of them on the set of their film and at a basketball game as evidence.

Anna Paquin, currently starring in the seventh and final season of HBO's True Blood, says her marriage to co-star Stephen Moyer doesn't mean she's no longer bisexual.

Paquin was discussing her marriage this week on Larry King Now and was asked by the host: 'Are you a non-practicing bisexual?'

Paquin replied: 'Well, I am married to my husband and we are happily monogamously married.'

King: 'So you were bisexual?'

Torchwood actor kissed a male dancer in front of 42 Commonwealth countries that criminalize homosexuality

Gay actor John Barrowman is being told to 'die' after kissing a male dancer at the opening ceremony of the Commonwealth Games.

He performed a song called Welcome to Scotland, celebrating everything that makes the country great including Nessie, Gretna Green and equal marriage.

However, some criticized the Scottish-American host – saying he deserved to ‘die’, ‘should commit suicide’ and the kiss was ‘embarrassing for everyone involved’.

‘[John Barrowman is] a horrific human being,’ one said on Twitter. Another said he ‘needs to die for this.’

It was claimed he had decided to move on from the role that had won him two Emmy awards.

Portia de Rossi has landed a role on the hit political drama Scandal.

The news was broken not by ABC or by a publicist but by the famous wife of the actress.

Ellen DeGeneres tweeted to her nearly 30 million followers: 'So annoying when people brag on twitter & that’s why I’m not tweeting that Portia just signed on to do a top secret arc on Scandal. Oops.'

The show's writers later confirmed the news with their own tweet saying: 'We are so excited to have Portia de Rossi joining us this coming season.'

On Tuesday's episode of ABC's The View, McCarthy was part of a panel discussion about a new book about the 'hidden lives of presidents' which includes an allegation that former President Bill Clinton currently has a mistress.

Said McCarthy: 'Well, maybe he has his girlfriends and she has her girlfriends. You never know. Maybe they have an arrangement.'
