Celebrity interior designer Nate Berkus and husband Jeremiah Brent became parents with the birth of their daughter this week via surrogate.

Berkus, who gained fame through regular appearances on The Oprah Winfrey Show, made the announcement in a Facebook post: 'Jeremiah & I are thrilled to announce the arrival of our daughter, Poppy Brent-Berkus, born via surrogate on March 23, 2015. We are so excited to finally be a family of 3!

Critics are calling it 'brilliant'

Adam Lambert has revealed a clip of his comeback single 'Ghost Town'.

The gay singer, who has been touring with Queen, is set to release his first single in three years.

The song is produced by Max Martin, the man behind hits like Britney Spears' '...Baby One More Time', Ariana Grande's 'Problem' and Taylor Swift's 'Shake It Off'.

While the snippet is short, fans are already very excited by the new release.

'Ok, I'm dead ... Thanks to Adam lambert,' one said, with another saying 'Yayayayayaya.'

Material Girl joins talk show host for Bathroom Concert Series

Madonna guested all last week on The Ellen DeGeneres Show and the Material Girl and funny lady had all kinds of fun together. They even sang together in the bathroom wearing white robes - with monograms.

Ellen brought back her Bathroom Concert Series in honor of her special guest with a reworked version of the Madonna classic Dress You Up.

The series had previously featured the host singing duets with the likes of Katy Perry and Pink.

There was not a seat to be had last month at the Paley Center in Beverly Hills on a night dedicated to the HBO show Looking.

Most of the cast, including Jonathan Groff, were on hand for a panel discussion following the screening of an episode and the audience was wildly enthusiastic at every turn.

They get the characters of Patrick, Dom, Agustin, Kevin, Richie, Eddie and Doris who are navigating life and love in modern day San Francisco.

Respectful documentary enables the man who became Todd Tomorrow to share his memories of being a closeted gay star during Hollywood's golden years.

Tab Hunter was one of the major stars of the Hollywood studio system in the 1950s. By any standard he was incredibly attractive. He was also gay.

With the documentary Tab Hunter Confidential, director Jeffrey Schwarz has delivered a respectful, insightful tribute to Tab Hunter and his career.

We spoke with Schwarz while he was in London presenting the documentary at the BFI Flare festival.

Kendell Jenner: 'I NEVER said those things. I never spoke to them'

It seemed like US Weekly had a real scoop: one of Bruce Jenner's children commenting on the reality show star's widely reported transition from male to female.

The magazine quoted Kendell Jenner as saying: 'I love my dad. He’s always been there for me and my sisters. He’s a wonderful man. And just because he’s changing shoes now, so to speak, doesn’t make him less wonderful. I will always love my dad, whether he’s a man or a woman.'

Only problem is that Kendall Jenner took to Twitter to let her followers know the story was bogus.

Kathy Griffin may try to embarrass Anderson Cooper each year when they co-host CNN's New Year's Eve coverage but he's got her back.

On Wednesday's night's Watch What Happens Live after show, Cooper stood up for Griffin during a discussion about her well-publicized decision last week to quit as host of the E! show Fashion Police.

'I'm on Team Griffin,' said Cooper who accused Cohen of loving to 'stir the pot.'

Giuliana Rancic and Brad Goreski will still be part of revamped show

Fashion Police has been put on a long hiatus.

The fashion snarkfest that Joan Rivers put on the map has struggled to find its groove since her death last September.

The show, which relaunched in January with Kathy Griffin succeeding Rivers as the comic center, was dealt a blow last week when Griffin abruptly quit after just seven episodes.

Her departure came just days after panelist Kelly Osbourne, a holdover from the Rivers version, had quit.

Popular American game show Lets Make a Deal was the venue for a surprise same-sex marriage proposal between two contestants earlier this week and the audience went wild for it

One of America’s longest running game shows was the venue for an impromptu same-sex marriage proposal this week.

Audience members on Let’s Make a Deal dress in distinctive costumes hoping they will be picked by host Wayne Brady to compete on the show and an unnamed gay couple got his attention by wearing matching German lederhosen outfits.

When Brady gave the microphone to the couple, one of the men asked Brady, ‘Can I give a little shout out?’ to which he replied ‘Of course!’

Ellen DeGeneres said Tuesday she'd like to have kids - but not enough to actually become a parent.

DeGeneres appeared on The Today Show as executive producer of the NBC sitcom One Big Happy about a lesbian who has a child with her straight male best friend.

DeGeneres said of potential parenthood: 'I love kids. But that's such a big commitment. And it seems long-term. It seems like a commitment that you have to stick with.

Golden Globe Award winning actor Matt Bomer will star opposite Lady Gaga in the new season of the FX anthology series American Horror Story.

The fifth season will be titled American Horror Story: Hotel.

While Gaga's participation had already been confirmed, Bomer's involvement was announced on Sunday night at the end of an American Horror Story panel at PaleyFest in Hollywood.

When word got out that Mariah Carey would be performing at the Human Rights Campaign Dinner in Los Angeles, the event quickly became a sellout.

The crowd of 1,200 had to wait until the very end of a long, star-studded evening, before the Grammy winner was introduced by Empire star Jussie Smollett.

'I don't know how to explain how much I love this woman ... she is one of the greatest vocalists of all time,' said Smollett who came out publicly as a gay man earlier this month.

'I'm about to pee myself,' he admitted. 'She's right there.'

Kathy Griffin has quit Fashion Police less than three months after joining the show as a replacement for the late Joan Rivers.

Griffin posted a lengthy explanation for her departure on her Twitter page.

'I discovered that my style does not fit with the creative direction of the show,' she wrote. 'Now it's time to move on.'

The show had stopped production last fall when Rivers unexpectedly died shortly after the Emmy Awards edition aired.

Studio 54 remains culturally iconic as a symbol of 80s glamor and decadence. This was the club in New York City where the world came to party.

It's a period of time that is rich with stories to be told, and it is easy to see why writer/director Mark Christopher was drawn to this era. Christopher conducted extensive research over a number of years, producing two short films before securing funding from Miramax to produce a full-length feature that was released in 1998.

Not known if incident played in to O'Donnell's decision to suddenly leave show

Rosie O'Donnell left The View last month but fallout from her brief return to the show continues.

A top producer on the show who berated O'Donnell in front of other staff members during a production meeting has been fired, according to Page Six .

Jennifer Shepard-Brookman, a senior producer who has worked at the ABC daytime show for over eight years, was 'profoundly and publicly disrespectful' to O’Donnell who complained to ABC’s human resources department.

Will Smith's rep is being forced to deny son Jaden is gay.

The Focus star's team responded to the questionable rumors after gossip columnists read too much into a tweet.

One site alone, Media Take Out, reported: 'IT HAPPENED!!! Will Smith’s Son Jaden Smith Comes OUT OF THE CLOSET… He Admitted On Twitter… That He’s GAY!!!'

What had actually happened was Smith sent a tweet directed at Tyler the Creator.

He said: 'I Think Im In Love With You, I Don’t Know I’m Still Figuring It Out But In The Meantime, Happy Birthday.'

A busker has become the outsinging hero of the Sydney Mardi Gras after he drowned out an anti-gay preacher with a performance of Girls Just Want to Have Fun.

Axel Winter, 24, was about to start busking at Pitt Street Mall on Saturday (7 March) when he noticed a man atop a stepladder with a Bible in his hand.

'He was saying hateful things towards gay people themselves. He said at one point "today is the day that god hates you most,"' he told Gay Star News.

Controversial sex columnist and LGBTI activist Dan Savage has told Ben Carson to put his money where his mouth is and 'suck my dick.'

The potential Republican presidential candidate said last week that prison sex proves homosexuality is 'absolutely' a choice.

'A lot of people who go into prison go into prison straight — and when they come out, they’re gay,' he said.

Early last week, the potential 2016 candidate for the White House insisted, in a CNN interview, that homosexuality is 'absolutely' a choice and prison sex is the proof of the theory.

First former communist country to do so

Slovenia has announced the legalisation of same-sex marriage, ahead of the country's growing 'Pink Week' travel concept in May.

Slovenian parliament voted in favor of gay marriage on Tuesday 3 March, making it the first former Yugoslavian/Balkan country to do so.

This is timely for Pink Week, a four-day LGBTI travel experience which welcomes travellers from around the world, and takes place for the second time this 28-31 May.
