The term LGBT is too exclusive and should be replaced with Gender and Sexual Diversities (GSD), a UK-based therapy organization has said.

Pink Therapy in London has posted a video on Facebook arguing the term LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender) needs to be replaced.

In the video, released yesterday (20 February), Pink Therapy director Dominic Davies and fellow therapist Pamela Gawler-Wright discuss how LGBT is ineffective, and GSD is inclusive.
