The first ever UK conference aiming to improve end of life care for lesbian, bisexual, gay and transgender people will be taking place tomorrow (21 June).
Human rights campaigner Peter Tatchell will be the key note speaker of the London event, attended by policy makers, service providers, academics, and people with real life experience of LGBT end of life care.
Tatchell says: ‘LGBT people continue to be at risk of being let down by end of life care services. Many fear prejudice and isolation.
