According to a local news report a 35-year-old Canadian national has been arrested in Morocco after he allegedly filmed himself having sex with a local man who was employed by the resort he was staying at

Two men are being held in custody in a Moroccan jail after they were charged with allegedly engaging in sex acts with each other.

According to the Al Sabah newspaper the Agadir public prosecutor’s office has charged an unnamed 35-year-old Canadian tourist and a security guard at the resort he was staying at after the security guard made an alleged false rape allegation to police.

A man has been sent to prison for seven years after pleading guilty to blackmailing two men after he had sex with them separately in a park in the West-Midlands, England.

Lee Taylor, 24, waited for his victims (who have not been named) in a public toilet in Worcester.

After they had sex, he demanded £100 ($149, €140) from them, threatening he would tell their employers and families they had tried to rape him.

Taylor met first a married man on 12 November 2014 in Gheluvelt Park. Taylor asked to be taken home in the man’s car, to which he agreed.

'Corrective rape' is common in the country

A South African man will spend the next 30 years in jail for murdering a lesbian then raping her dead body with a toilet brush.

Lekgoa Lesley Motleleng, 22, pleaded guilty yesterday (25 November) to both charges at Palm Ridge Magistrate’s Court.

The prosecution described how he killed Duduzile Zozo, 26, after she refused his advances.

Don Lemon: 'As a victim myself I would never want to suggest that any victim could have prevented a rape'

Don Lemon, an openly gay anchor for CNN, came under fire this week for his line of questioning to a woman who is accusing Bill Cosby of rape.

Joan Tarshis said she faked having an infection to avoid intercourse with Cosby but did other acts. Lemon said that 'there are ways not to perform oral sex if you didn’t want to do it.'

He mentioned that one of the ways was 'the using of the teeth.'

Tarshis, who was 19 at the time of the alleged attack, remained composed during the interview and said it hadn't occurred to her to retaliate in that way.

State Islamic ban on cross-dressing was scrapped two weeks ago

A social sciences professor at a leading Malaysian university has said rape and 'environmental toxins' are among the factors that turn men transgender.

Dr Haslinda Abdullah from Universiti Putra Malaysia near Kuala Lumpur Haslinda made the comments at a forum on 'gender identity disorder,' which was held two weeks after a court scrapped a state ban on transgender Muslim women wearing female clothes.

His paper called for the 60 listed people to be fired

The editor-in-chief of Armenian newspaper the Iravnuk stood trial this week for publishing a blacklist of 60 LGBTI people and calling for them to be fired.

Hovhannes Galajyan wrote an online article in May that branded the listed individuals 'enemies of the nation' and said they 'serve the interests of international homosexual lobbying.'

The article also included links to the their Facebook accounts.

Dana Contreras, once ranked 5th most important LGBT person in tech, gets three years of probation after agreeing to a plea deal

A transgender activist and senior Twitter engineer, who was hailed as one of the most important gay or transgender people in the tech industry, pleaded guilty in San Francisco Superior Court to one count of domestic violence and one count of false imprisonment.

Dana Contreras – also known as Dana McCallum – was sentenced to three years of probation, and undergo 52 weeks of domestic violence counseling and substance abuse counseling. As part of her plea deal, her sentence also includes community service, a stay away order, and other terms. The rape charges were dropped.

The Asian Games gold medalist was accused by her live-in partner of rape and impersonating a man in 2012

The Calcutta High Court on Friday exonerated Asian Games gold medalist Pinki Pramanik of charges of rape, assault and cheating by her female live-in partner.

Justice Subrata Talukdar on Friday ordered that all charges against Prinki be quashed and the charge sheet against her also be dropped.

The 28-year-old athlete was charged under sections 376 (rape), 417 (impersonation), 420 (cheating), 325 (assault) and 506 (intimidation), 493 (cohabitation caused by a man deceitfully inducing a belief of a lawful marriage), according to local news reports.

A 25-year-old is being accused of conning women into believing he is gay so he could rape them

A British paramedic is accused of raping and assaulting multiple women after telling them ‘he didn’t want to be gay’.

Christopher Bridger, 25, is accused of raping one student and fondling four others after gaining their trust.

It is alleged he carried out two of the attacks while studying at St George’s University Hospital In London and the other three were while he worked for South East Coast Ambulance Service.

In court, one woman described how Bridger told her ‘he just wanted to fancy girls’ after he had raped her in his student bedroom.

Former Deputy Speaker of the House of Commons denied all charges of sexual assault

British gay politician Nigel Evans was cleared of all charges of rape and sexual assault in court today (10 April).

The former deputy speaker of the House of Commons was on trial for rape, two indecent assaults, five sexual assaults and an attempted sexual assault against seven young men from 2003 to 2013.

While the 56-year-old admitted to making 'drunken passes' at men in his past, he denied all of the charges and said he was innocent.

Ronald Paton, 50, is accused of hurling homophobic abuse at the 63-year-old woman before trying to sexually assault her – and dislocating her hip in the process.

Gloucester Crown Court heard how the man knocked on the victim’s door, invited her in for a drink, and then attacked her.

Human Rights Watch have called on the country's government to deal with the 'nightmare' for LGBTI people

Gay men are reportedly facing extreme abuse by police, including at least one instance of ‘hammer rape’, in Kyrgyzstan.

International charity Human Rights Watch is urging authorities in the Central Asian country to acknowledge the police brutality and investigate all allegations of torture, blackmail and intimidation.

‘Gay and bisexual men in Kyrgyzstan already live in fear due to widespread homophobic attitudes, and the police are making a nightmarish situation even worse,” Human Rights Watch researcher Anna Kirey said.

After two years avoiding sentencing, Andile Ngcoza will spend the next 22 years in jail for raping, beating and strangling a lesbian for five hours 

Justice was served for a South African lesbian who was raped in 2010 because of her sexuality.

45-year old Andile Ngcoza was originally convicted of raping Millicent Gaika, a lesbian woman from Gugulethu, in 2011, but missed his court date for sentencing and disappeared for two years.

On 3 April 2010, Ngcoza initiated a corrective rape attack on Gaika, saying he would impregnate her to ‘show her she was a woman’.

Francis Airis Eliason, 31, is on trial for the rape that allegedly occurred three years ago.

The Belfast Telegraph reports the woman, protected by anonymity, had gone to The Kremlin on 10 September 2010 with a male friend.

Conservative member of parliament has denied all previous accusatons of indecent sexual assault

British gay MP Nigel Evans was rearrested on suspicion of two further sex assaults today (10 September).

The House of Commons Deputy Speaker is now facing seven sexual assault allegations but has yet to be charged.

In a statement, Lancashire Police said: ‘He [Mr Evans] has subsequently today been arrested on suspicion of indecent assault and sexual touching of two further victims.

‘He will be interviewed about these new allegations at a police station in Lancashire during the course of the day.

British gay MP Nigel Evans has resigned from his post as deputy speaker of The House of Commons.

The resignation today (10 September) came after Crown Prosecution Service announced that he is being charged with sexual assault, rape and other offenses.

'We have concluded that there is sufficient evidence and that it is in the public interest to prosecute Mr Evans,' said Keir Starmer, director of public prosecutions told BBC News.

The Deputy Speaker of the UK’s House of Commons was arrested on suspicion of three further sex assaults, it was revealed today (19 June).

Nigel Evans has not yet been charged and has disputed the allegations so far.

The assaults are alleged to have been committed in Blackpool, Lancashire and London between 2003 and 2011 on men in their 20s.

In May, it was revealed Evans was being questioned over two allegations, one of rape and another of sexual assault against two men in their late 20s.

Male victim claims he was followed into bathroom stall and was sexually assaulted by another man

The New York City Police Department is investigating an alleged rape of an 19-year-old man in a city park.

The crime happened yesterday, 12 June. The victim, as reported by the website Gothamist, walked into a Union Square Park men's bathroom. He was followed by a suspect, who allegedly sexaully assualted the victim in one of the stalls.

The victim was transported to hospital.
