Leading Tea Party Republican Rand Paul says that his party will lose the fight on same-sex marriage if it tries to define it at a federal level and says states should be left to decide the issue for themselves.

It’s officially official. President Barack Obama and Republican challenger Mitt Romney will meet in this November’s race for the White House.

This matchup has been penciled in all spring. After a GOP primary casting call that included mogul/TV reality boss Donald Trump, pizza man Herman Cain, Representative Michele Bachmann, former Senator Rick Santorum, and ex-House Speaker Newt Gingrich, Romney is the last candidate standing.

The Republican presidential primary candidate with the most conservative record on LGBT rights is geared to win big tonight in Louisiana's primary.

According to Public Policy Polling, Rick Santorum has a double digit lead over Mitt Romney. The former Pennsylvania senator is ahead of Romney, 42 to 28 percent. Rounding out the field is Newt Gingrich at 18 percent, 8 for Ron Paul, and Buddy Roemer at 2.

As Republicans get ready to count votes in Nevada, Rick Santorum is looking ahead.

Today the Silver State is holding a caucus and it doesn't look good for the former Pennsylvania senator. According to Public Policy Polling, Gov. Mitt Romney has a large lead over his opponents. He is polling at 50 percent; former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich is second at 25 percent and Rep. Ron Paul  is third with 15. Santorum rounds the field with 8 percent.

The New Hampshire primary just got a little bit more fabulous. RuPaul is traveling the Granite States, telling voters she and Ron Paul are not one in the same.

Sponsored by ABC News, the Des Moines Register and Yahoo this will be the first debate when Newt Gingrich will  receive a significant amount of attention. According to recent polls the former Speaker of the House leads the GOP pack. Trailing him are Rep. Ron Paul and Gov. Mitt Romney.
