British comedian David Walliams claims X Factor creator Simon Cowell will never shake off rumors that he is gay.

The star worked with the 53-year-old music mogul as a judge on TV show Britain's Got Talent and the pair have since become friends.

'I work with Simon Cowell and a lot of people say he’s gay,' Walliams said, reported The Daily Star.

'It will follow him until the day he dies, but what’s the point of worrying about it?'

Paloma Faith joins other famous faces to show her support for the Out4Marriage campaign

Paloma Faith has become the latest celebrity to record a video for the Out4Marriage campaign that calls for equal marriage for gay and straight couples.

Paloma Faith, whose single Picking Up the Pieces entered the UK Top 40 at number seven yesterday, said: ‘I'm Paloma Faith and I'm really proud to be backing the Out4Marriage campaign.

'I don't think it matters whether you're black, white, Asian, straight, gay, bisexual, hermaphrodite, tranny, diva, whatever you are, you should have the right to get married.’
