The country legend teased her gay fans by saying she has a dance song called ‘Just A Wee Bit Gay’

US country music legend Dolly Parton has revealed she loves her gay fans so much that she has made a song just for them.

Parton was speaking to reporters at a press conference last week, promoting her current world tour, which is coming to a close tonight (14 July).

The ‘Jolene’ singer said she has a special song for her gays fans.

‘At some point I would like to do a dance record and I have several songs that are very positive towards the gay community,’ said Parton.

It is now confirmed that the X Factor winner will no longer release any music under the Syco label

James Arthur, the winner of The X Factor in 2012, has been dropped from Simon Cowell’s record label.

It was first reported in April Syco had dropped the 26-year-old, but Arthur has denied any split before now.

‘Just to clear things up - I am no longer with Syco. I would like to thank all at the label for making a great record with me,’ he tweeted yesterday (11 June).

‘I now have to move on and do something different - the future is bright! #LOVE.’

During her Las Vegas show, Britney Spears brought out a surprise guest from RuPaul’s Drag Race

Pop icon Britney Spears and RuPaul’s Drag Race came together very briefly this weekend during her Las Vegas show.

Drag Race star Adore Delano made a surprise appearance during the third leg of Britney Spears’ Las Vegas Show.

Womanizer singer Spears is currently holding her first Las Vegas residency show called Britney: Piece of Me and she sent social media into a spin when she revealed Drag Race finalist Delano onstage as part of her performance.

Delano reportedly came out during the song Freakshow and danced alongside Spears’ backup dancers.

X Factor UK winner James Arthur has been dropped from his record label, it has been claimed, following a series of controversies including a homophobic rap track that was released in November last year

James Arthur, winner of the X Factor UK in 2012, has been dropped from Simon Cowell’s Syco record label, according to The Sun.

Arthur’s new rap mixtape, All The World’s A Stage, is due for release later this month, but has landed the singer in hot water due to some of the lyrics which seem to glamorize terrorism and drugs.

Bradley Bredeweg, the co-creator of ABC Family’s The Fosters, surprised friend Stephanie Huntington as part of his speech.

‘There has been someone else with us on our journey together - her name is Britney Spears. In a way, she’s kind of been the soundtrack of our lives,’ Bredeweg said.

In the description on the video, it says the two of them have been secretly obsessed with Britney Spears their entire friendship, so of course Britney had to be a part of the ceremony.

Former *NSYNC star Lance Bass has said he is ‘sure’ there has been a gay US president.

The former boyband singer was finished judging the Queen of the Universe Pageant when TMZ asked him about his thoughts on a gay commander-in-chief.

‘Statistically speaking, I’m sure that someone in the White House has definitely slept with the same sex. I would definitely go out and say that, yes,’ Bass said.

‘There’s been rumors,’ Bass joked. ‘I’m looking at you, Roosevelt.’

Singer makes comment while opening up about how each of her records has music inspired by gays

Britney Spears says in a new interview that her gay fans are 'somewhat girls.'

Spears, whose latest album Britney Jean is out Tuesday (3 December), talked to the LGBTI publication PrideSource about how gays inspire her music.

'I get inspiration from them on almost all of my songs,' Spears says. 'They're somewhat girls, so it's so inspiring to do stuff that they like to hear, like the cool "in" stuff. Whatever I do for each record is definitely inspired by them.'

So the pop diva was asked this morning (7 October) during an interview with 99.7 NOW FM in San Francisco about her queer fan base and whether there are gays who have an influence on her work.

Apparently that influence is limited to hair and make-up.

Lance Bass has announced his engagement to his boyfriend of two years, Michael Turchinart.

‘He said YES!! Love this man,’ Bass tweeted earlier today with a photo of Turchinart displaying his engagement ring.

Bass popped the question while he and Turchinart were in New Orleans for the Southern Decadence LGBT pride festival.

When Don Philip faced Britney Spears on this week's season premiere on Fox's The X Factor, he was asked what had happened to him in the 12 years since he has recorded a duet with the pop star and now TV show judge.

Christina Aguilera’s long-awaited new single has been leaked online, and it seems the Dirrty singer has gone back to her old ways.

The single, Your Body, sees the Genie in a Bottle singer go for a club-inspired number with plenty of synth and steamy lyrics.

Posting the leaked demo version on his website, celebrity blogger Perez Hilton said: ‘WHOAHHH GIRL!!! There are some SEXplicit lyrics in this song…if we are hearing correctly!’
