A gay teen who worked for a US suicide prevention group has killed himself just weeks after making a video for the It Gets Better campaign.
Eric James Borges, from Visalia, California, commited suicide on Wednesday, sadly despite interning for The Trevor Project, a national organization which provides suicidal LGBT youngsters with support.
Last month 19-year-old Borges, who is also an aspiring filmmaker, posted a YouTube video for the It Gets Better campaign, aimed at preventing suicide among LGBT youth.
