Rick Scarborough suggested class action suit against homosexuality

It looks like Tea Party Unity founder Rick Scarborough won't be getting much support for his idea to file a class action lawsuit against homosexuality.

One of the Tea Party's original founding groups has issued a statement distancing itself from Scarborough, a former Baptist pastor who believes AIDS is God's punishment against gays.

Adelaide University students have come out in their hundreds today to protest a homophobic incident in the university’s queer space

Hundreds of Adelaide University students gathered on campus today to take a stand against homophobia after someone put human excrement in the university’s queer space’s microwave in a homophobic act.

The faeces were discovered on Tuesday morning in the Rainbow Room, prompting the university’s Student Representative Council to call for people to gather in the university’s cloisters to protest the incident at midday today, followed by an afternoon tea in the Rainbow Room.

Far-right group says marriage would become a 'freak show' if it is legalized in the United States

The head of far-right US group Tea Party Nation has said if gay marriage is legalized, it would turn the institution into a freak show.

Ultra-conservative Judson Phillips sent an email to members saying gay marriage will ‘destroy the family’, and would one day lead to a marriage of ‘three men, five women, two dogs and a Bengal tiger’.

According to Right Wing Watch, Phillips said: ‘The left’s definition of equality is to allow anyone and anything to marry.

Pride Scotia will include parade down Scottish capital of Edinburgh's famous Royal Mile

Pride Scotia, the Scottish Pride organisation, have announced their 2012 event will take place in Edinburgh on 30 June this year.

The march will start at noon outside the City Chambers, headquarters of the city’s council. It will work its way down the famous Royal Mile, taking in Edinburgh’s historical sights and lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender venues.

Will Young wants to create an ironing board emblazoned with his image that loses its clothes as it heats up.

The 'Keep On' hitmaker is heavily involved in the creation of his merchandise and he loves coming up with 'naff' ideas for new products, and his dream fan item is the naughty piece of domestic apparatus.

He told BANG Showbiz: 'I have a lot of involvement with my products.

'The thing I really want is an ironing board where the clothes come off [with the heat from the iron] but they were too expensive to make.

German-based supermarket chain Aldi has gone gay for Easter with a tongue-in-cheek advert for hot cross buns.

The British TV ad, which is currently going viral on social media platforms, features two men sitting on a sofa, enjoying a pot of tea with two brands of buns on their coffee table.

Hot cross buns are a traditional British treat at Easter. The raisin-filled sweet rolls are topped with a cross which symbolizes Jesus' crucifixion.
