Lesbian X Factor finalist Lucy Spraggan has revealed who her 'dream woman' is. And it's not judge and mentor Tulisa.

The British singer-songwriter claims she has a massive crush on Marina and the Diamonds lead, Marina Diamandis.

'She is my dream woman,’ the 21-year-old told Metro. ‘If I met her, it’d be embarrassing. For once, I think I’d be lost for words.’

UK X Factor contestant Jade Ellis has admitted she fancies rival MK1's female member Charlie Rundle

One of this year's lesbian X Factor contestants, Jade Ellis, has admitted that she has the hots for one of her UK rivals.

Ellis, 25, revealed that she has a soft spot for MK1's female member Charlie Rundle despite having a long-term girlfriend, Heba Elgamel.

The mother of six-year-old Caiden said: 'Well, Charlie has a serious partner too, but I've been doing a little flirting with her.

'Although it's really only been a little bit of fun.'

Gay X Factor runner-up chats to GSN about headlining Liverpool Pride and storming the charts with his debut album and single

With both a top 10 album and single under his belt, Marcus Collins has more than proved his right as an X Factor finalist.

His thousands of adoring fans, dubbed Colinators, may sound sinister, but have carried the former hairdresser from the salon to national stardom, voting him into second place on the UK version of Simon Cowell's TV singing contest.

Now the Liverpool-born singer is returning home, headlining the city's pride festival on Saturday (4 August).

British gay X Factor finalist to perform at one of UK's biggest free pride festivals

British X Factor finalist Marcus Collins will headline gay pride in his hometown of Liverpool.

The out and proud singer will perform a mixture of tracks from his self-titled album, including his new single Mercy, as well as songs he performed on the X-Factor at the event in the northern English city on 4 August.

Collins came second in the TV talent show in 2011 and reached the top 10 with his debut single Seven Nation Army earlier this year.

Bisexual pop star pledges allegiance to The Voice

Bisexual pop star Jessie J has proved that it's really 'not about the pricetag' after rejecting Simon Cowell's offer to become a judge on The X Factor.

Cowell said that he wanted to hire the Do It Like A Dude hitmaker after seeing her debut as a judge on The Voice.

Speaking with the Sunday Mirror, 24-year-old Jessie (born Jessica Ellen Cornish) said: 'It's very nice of Simon to say nice things about me. But The Voice is the show I want to work on and I'm not going anywhere. It's the show that represents everything I am about.

Gay UK X Factor finalist Marcus Collins gives preview of new album and fans are loving it

Gay X Factor finalist Marcus Collins has given fans a tantalising taste of his debut album and it's already creating a buzz in the Twittersphere.

The five-minute preview of the self-titled album on YouTube features original songs, as well as cover versions of Your Love Is Lifting Me Higher by Jackie Wilson and Tightrope by Janelle Monae.

It also includes a track written by Collins' X Factor mentor, judge and Take That frontman Gary Barlow, who also executive produced the album.

X Factor star Amelia Lily 'went down a storm' at G-A-Y in London.

X Factor runner-up Amelia Lily was singing for the pink vote on Saturday night, performing at G-A-Y nightclub in London sporting a fake ‘gay’ tattoo.

The 17-year-old from Middlesborough, who came third in the popular TV contest, got into the spirit of the famous UK venue by etching the three-letter word on her right shin.

Writing on Twitter following the gig, in which she performed songs featured on this year’s ITV show, she gushed: 'G.A.Y you were a fabulous audience tonight! Completely rocked! Much love.'

Gay soloist is runner-up in Britain’s top TV singing contest

Gay hairdresser Marcus Collins has come second in the final of British singing talent contest the X Factor, beaten by girl group Little Mix.

The openly gay 23-year-old from Liverpool made it to the final vote after he and Little Mix won the first part of the TV final last night, knocking out soloist Amelia Lily.

The live final was held at London’s enormous Wembley Arena and broadcast on ITV. The prize is a record contract.

Soloist Collins’ songs for the final vote were Higher and Higher and George Michael’s last Christmas.
