Ousmane Dramé allegedly tried to pay for sex with an iPhone, stealing her purse, and pedalling away on a bicycle in Italy

Have you ever had one of those crazy nights when you offered to pay for sex with a phone, stole the prostitute's purse, fled by bicycle, and got chased down by her trans friend?

No? Well meet Ousmane Dramé, a third division footballer who is accused of doing just that.

The Frenchman, a left-winger for Italian side Lecce, is alleged to have argued with a prostitute over payment for her services on Monday night (22 April).

After the 20-year-old said he would pay the Nigerian lady of the night with his iPhone 5, he stole her purse and fled by bicycle.

A gunman is accused of targeting ‘bears’ he met on gay dating apps for theft and rape.

The man from Kent, an outlying suburb of Seattle, is accused of having gone on a days-long violent crime spree and is now in jail on seven felony charges, reports Seattle Pi.

The most serious allegation against Laverne Lee Maxwell, aged 32, dates from 7 April.

SAGA creator says he never thought Apple or Comixology was homophobic, but 'weirdly inconsistent' over policy

Smartphone application Comixology has admitted to banning a comic containing images of gay sex as they were confused over Apple’s policies.

The app, which many iPhone and iPad users use to read their favorite comic books, admitted responsibility yesterday (10 April).

SAGA #12, created by Brian K Vaughan and Fiona Staples, showed a character named Prince Robot IV with a TV screen for a head showing two small images of gay pornography in its opening pages.

Issue 12 of acclaimed series SAGA containing two postage-stamp size images of gay sex will not be available on Apple devices

Apple has banned a comic for containing images of gay sex. Earlier issues, which showed explicit straight sex, are still available.

The new issue of SAGA, by Brian K Vaughn and Fiona Staples, shows a character named Prince Robot IV with a TV screen for a head showing two small images of gay pornography.

The acclaimed series’ 12th issue will not be available through the iOS Comixology app or on iPhones or iPads.

Vaughn said: ‘As has hopefully been clear from the first page of our first issue, SAGA is a series for the proverbial “mature reader”.

British sexual health charity Terrence Higgins Trust launches mobile phone app for myHIV users

A new app from British sexual health charity Terrence Higgins Trust helps people with HIV access health information on the go.

The app, Life plus, has been launched to ensure the 5,000 members of THT's myHIV online service are able to access information about their condition wherever they are.

It is free to download and contains tools for monitoring CD4 and viral load levels, storing health and treatment information, as well as setting medication and appointment reminders.

Thousands of gay men use their smartphones to meet guys for sex – now there’s an app to help them find an HIV test too.

As England starts it’s first National HIV Testing Week today, running until 30 November, HIV and AIDS information charity NAM has launched a free smartphone app helping people find their nearest HIV test.

Canadian student inspires LGBT community to stand up for gay rights after homophobes attacked him in public

A gay student in Canada who was assaulted and mugged by homophobes has vowed not to let the attack push him back into the closet.

University of Alberta student Chevi Rabbit was attacked by a group of three men walking near his campus in Whyte Avenue on Thursday (19 July) at 9pm.

After hurling homophobic abuse, the 26-year-old claimed one of the trio attacked him, holding him in a headlock, throwing him to the ground and stealing his iPhone.

Anti-gay former US presidential candidate Rick Santorum is currently the subject of a hoax which claimed he had Grindr on his iPhone.

Published Tuesday (3 July) on satirical news website Daily Currant, the article joked Santorum was caught by a young reporter who asked why he had downloaded the gay dating app.

Daily Current joked that Santorum thought Grindr, the gay dating site with the ‘world’s biggest network of guys’, was an app to find coffee shops.
