Gay British singer is forced to cancel remaining Australia tour dates

Sam Smith is being told to rest his voice on doctor's orders or risk long-term damage.

The La La La singer has been forced to cancel the remainder of his Australian tour on account of suffering a haemorrhage on his vocal cords.

Issuing a statement on Instagram, he said: 'I am deeply, deeply saddened to tell my Australian fans, I have to cancel my Australian tour.

'I have been vocally exhausted for a while now however last night I had a small haemorrhage on my vocal cords.

Openly gay singer reveals he's slept with a woman: 'It felt great'

Adam Lambert has revealed that he’s had sex with a number of Hollywood stars who are in the closet.

The openly gay singer blamed Tinseltown's macho culture for preventing his lovers from expressing their true sexuality in public.

‘I’ve been with a few of them,' he told Glamour magazine.

'Whether it’s music or acting, you’ve got to remember that those industries are primarily run by men, so maybe it’s about that.

‘But with women being the primary movie-goers and record-buyers, surely it shouldn’t matter so much?’

'It was so aggressive and intimating'

Markus Feehily has revealed he was once forced to flee a pub in Dublin after he was subjected to anti-gay abuse.

The Former Westlife singer said it was it was the first experience of homophobia, which he described as 'intimidating' and 'upsetting.'

'A man asked to take a picture of me, then four of his friends crowded round yelling, "What the fuck are you doing? Why are you having a photo with him, you gay? You queer!" he told the Sun newspaper.

New album should be out this summer

Frank Ocean has officially changed his legal name...to Frank Ocean.

Born Christopher Edwin Breaux, the 27-year-old's transformation from closeted Odd Future singer to enigmatic but open about his sexuality R&B star is now complete.

According to TMZ, the Pyramids singer filed for the name change back in March.

But due to some outstanding legal issues, mainly to do with his drivers license, the court put the brakes on the process.

It's now gone through, so he can be addressed both on and off stage by Frank Ocean.

But the British songwriter's label has immediately pulled it from YouTube

Ed Sheeran has called a rapper 'faggoty' in a new video.

The five minute film featured the singer in a 'freestyle rap battle' with fellow artist Devlin.

When the artist's record label was contacted, the video was immediately pulled from YouTube due to a copyright claim.

The clip features the British singer clutching a pint of beer, and is thought to date back to the end of 2011.

'Yo, I freestyle to the faggoty man,' he raps. 'I go on the bus and I sleep for a day, then I come back and they're like, Ed, you look like this gay.'

British pop star Marina Diamandis has said she feels like the love other female stars have for their gay fans does not feel real.

The lead artist of Marina and the Diamonds, the Primadonna singer says her LGBTI fans are very important to her but she has yet to do a lot publicly.

'When you're an artist, you giving a shit does not equate to going 'I love you guys!' five times a day on Twitter,' said Diamandis.

'If you want to do something, you do it in action.'

Full video is released

Adam Lambert has revealed a clip of his comeback single 'Ghost Town'.

The gay singer, who has been touring with Queen, is set to release his first single in three years.

The song is produced by Max Martin, the man behind hits like Britney Spears' '...Baby One More Time', Ariana Grande's 'Problem' and Taylor Swift's 'Shake It Off'.

It is the first track to be lifted from his forthcoming new album The Original High, which will follow on 15 June.

The Human League have been confirmed for this year's Brighton Pride.

The Mirror Man singers now feature on a killer line-up that also boasts local DJ Fatboy Slim, former X Factor judge Tulisa and Real Love singer Jess Glynne.

Katy B, Hercules and the Love Affair and Ms. Dynamite are also confirmed.

The Human League will perform at Pridel in Preston Park on Saturday 1 August 2015.

The band – comprised of Phil Oakley, Joanne Catherall and Susan Ann Sulley – have sold 20 million records worldwide.

'I'm proud to be gay so there's no issues there'

Sam Smith has said he would rather be called a faggot than fat.

The British singer, 22, who recently lost 14lbs in 14 days, said he had been 'controlled' by food for most of his life.

'When I was at school and wasn't having a great time or when music wasn't going very well,' he said during an interview with Australia TV show 60 Minutes on Sunday (19 April).

'I would eat, eat. Eating would make me feel better, when I felt lonely I would eat.'

The singer asked her girlfriend to marry her during a boat trip on the Thames

Lucy Spraggan, a former X Facto contestant, has announced her engagement to her girlfriend Georgina Gordon.

The singer popped the question during a boat trip down the Thames on Sunday, according to reports.

It was also the day her new single, titled Unsinkable, was released.

The pair, who have been dating for roughly a year, were greeted by family and friends after their trip.

In 2012 Spraggan took part in the British version of the X Factor.

Foxes, known for her hits Youth, Let Go For Tonight and Holding Onto Heaven, will be joining an array of performers slated for this year's festival in the UK's seaside gay capital.

For Trans Visibility Day, Lola Olson questions what do you do when you identify as agender in a male/female world?

This is the exact wording of a letter I received from the Gender Identity Clinic:

'I use the female pronoun she has made no make change ans acknowledged that she is generally perceived and considered as female within the society should she lives. She said that she is accepting of that.'

I wonder if it's possible to roll your eyes inside out. That's really important for me to know, considering only one of mine work.

When I was told repeatedly the Gender Identity Clinic would help me as an agender person, I guess I just wanted to believe it.

Sampling Tomcraft's 2003 dance anthem, Loneliness, the retro soul vibe is a departure from his electronic sound that led to his fifth album Echoes reaching number one on the UK albums chart.
