This is not a drill: ALASKA 5000 to judge Lip Sync Battle at UK’s Student Pride

Alaska made her name on the fifth season of RuPaul's Drag Race

RuPaul’s Drag Race favorite Alaska 5000 is coming to the UK to judge the Lip Sync Battle at Student Pride next month, it has been revealed.

The performer will appear at the event on February 6 at the University of Westminster, Marylebone, where she’ll be joined on the Main Stage by Heat Radio’s James Barr. The event will be streamed on the Student Pride website.

Alaksa famously came second in the fifth cycle of the iconic drag TV show.

To apply to take part, email [email protected] and follow these guidelines from Pride organizers: ‘Tell us the song you would like to lip sync and an overview of what your performance will entail.

Remember, the more creative and prepared the performances are the more likely you are to be chosen as a contestant. Think props, extravagance and OTT performances.’
