Amanda Bynes uses anti-gay slur on Twitter, gets scolded by RuPaul

Amanda Bynes referred to the staff of People magazine as ‘faggots’ in a tweet over the weekend – the latest in an increasingly combative series of tweets in recent weeks.

In a tweet that was eventually deleted, Bynes wrote: "Um, @Peoplemag Hello? I’m not lost and alone! W H A T T H E F U C K A R E Y O U T A L K I N G A B O U T ? Follow me on twitter you faggots!’

The troubled actress’s anti-gay slur caught the attention of drag superstar RuPaul who scolded in a tweet of his own: ‘Derogatory slurs are ALWAYS an outward projection of a person’s own poisonous self-loathing @AmandaBynes.’

Bynes responded by posting on Twitter: ‘My dad is as ugly as RuPaul! So thankful I look nothing like you both! I had nose surgery after my mug shots so my nose and I are gorgeous!’

Bynes has also recently been involved in nasty Twitter wars with Lance Bass, Perez Hilton, Jenny McCarthy, Rihanna, Courtney Love, and Jay-Z, among others.

She has not appeared in a film since 2010’s Easy A and was arrested last month in New York City for reckless endangerment after allegedly throwing a bong out of a window.
