Tyson Fury has retired from boxing

Homophobic boxer Tyson Fury has announced his retirement with a bizarre tweet, telling haters to ‘suck a dick’.

The 28-year-old has given a middle finger to the world of boxing in a social media post.

‘Boxing is the saddest thing I ever took part in, all a pile of shit,’ Fury wrote on Twitter.

‘I’m the greatest & I’m the greatest & I’m also retired, so go suck a dick, happy days.’

The now former boxer was stripped of his International Boxing Federation world title in 2015 following allegations of misconduct and drug abuse.

Fury previously said homosexuality would lead to the ‘end of days’. He was nominated for BBC Sports Personality of the Year, coming in fourth in the public vote.

UPDATE: Four hours after his announcement, Fury said he would not be retiring after all.

‘Hahahaha u think you will get rid of the GYPSYKING that easy!!! I’m here to stay,’ he wrote on Twitter.
