Bette Midler movie Beaches brilliantly reenacted by Micah McCain in under four minutes

Of all of Bette Midler’s movies, the 1988 comedy-drama Beaches is probably the one gay men have committed to memory the most.

Starring Midler and Barbara Hershey, it tells the story of two friends from different backgrounds whose friendship spans more than 30 years.

There’s comedy, drama, some music and in the end, tragedy.

In a hilarious new video, Micah McCain shows just how well he knows each and every line reading of the film which he reenacts in less than four minutes.

Fans of the film, directed by Garry Marshall, will see that McCain has successfully captured the characters of Broadway star Cecilia Carol ‘C.C.’ Bloom (Midler) and lawyer and heiress Hillary Whitney (Hershey).

McCain writes on his YouTube page: ‘In this day and age, who has time to sit down and watch an entire film? This is the Cliff Notes version and ALL you need to see and know about this legendary movie.’

Below is the film’s actual trailer:
