Billy Eichner gets Oscar winner Julianne Moore to act for tips in NYC’s Times Square

Billy Eichner has an Academy Award winning guest for this week’s edition of Billy on the Street and she’s game to act out scenes from her movies for small tips from tourists.

Julianne Moore, who won the best actress Oscar last year for Still Alice, traipses around Times Square in New York City competing for tips with the likes of Elmo and Spiderman.

One Japanese tourist has no idea who she is but hugs her when she cries on cue.

Another tourist, an American, wants to know where his $1 tip is going to before he pays Moore to do a scene from The Big Lebowski.

Eichner screams: ‘Julianne Moore’s bank account!’

Things reach their dramatic peak when for 50 cents, Moore re-enacts a scene from The Kids Are All Right in which she played a lesbian in a relationship with Annette Bening.

She acts the heck out of a scene in which she describes marriage as ‘two people slogging through shot year after year’ then ends it by saying ‘Sometimes you hurt the person you love most and you don’t know why.’

Then Moore cries.

Eichner tells the tourists: ‘ And they nominated Annette Bening over her! Can you imagine?’

Moore interjects: ‘I got a Golden Globe Award nomination though.’

Eichner screams: ‘That doesn’t count!’
