It feels like more often people are coming out in the simplest, most direct way possible instead of on the cover of magazines or in TV interviews.
That is how Stephanie Beatriz, one of the stars of police sitcom Brooklyn Nine-Nine, chose to come out this week.
It came after fellow funny lady, Aubrey Plaza of Parks and Recreation, came out as bisexual last week.
Posting a message on Twitter, Beatriz agreed with Plaza’s comments on loving both men and women.

Her fans were extremely happy by the news.
