Bruce Jenner’s tell-all interview with Diane Sawyer set to air April 24

ABC News confirmed today that Bruce Jenner will be the subject of a two-hour interview special by Diane Sawyer that will air on 24 April.

The interview is expected to cover the 1976 Olympic gold medalist’s changing appearance and reported gender transitioning as well as a recent car accident that resulted in a woman’s death.

Titled Bruce Jenner – The Interview, the network descries the special as a ‘far-ranging, exclusive interview.’

Jenner has continued to appear in new episodes of the E! Network reality series Keeping Up With the Kardashians but his gender transition has not been addressed.

So far, recent episodes have dealt with adjusting to his divorce from ex-wife Kris Jenner, his spending habits, and his relationships with his Kardashian step-children as well as his own sons and daughters.

Deadline Hollywood reports that plans for the ABC special were altered slightly after Jenner was involved in a multi-vehicle car crash on Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu left one woman dead.
