Carson Kressley has never really left television for long since Queer Eye ended nearly a decade ago.
Next month, he returns to living rooms again on a weekly basis as he competes on a Donald Trump-less The Celebrity Apprentice on NBC.
The show has had openly gay competitors before including George Takei and Clay Aiken but has never had a gay winner.
This season’s line-up not only includes Kressley representing the gays, but also Boy George.
Will Kressley become the first winner from the LGBTI community?
He’s not saying.
‘I can’t say a word. I get yelled at every time I talk about it,’ he says in the current issue of MetroSource.
When prodded he does share this: ‘Well I can say it comes out January 2 on NBC and … Arnold Schwarzenegger was part of it; he was the host.’
Kressley then adds: ‘And I’m my SuperGay sassy self on the show.’
Glad to know the animated Kressley won’t be toning things down just as he never did during his five seasons as one of the ‘Fab Five’ on the Emmy winning Queer Eye.
Kressley, 47, was a contestant on season 13 of Dancing with the Stars and was a judge on the seventh season of RuPaul’s Drag Race.
