Colton Haynes is no longer holding back.

The now openly gay actor has taken to Instagram to lash out against those he feels have wronged him.

He doesn’t name names or get specific but it’s clear he has some things to get off that very buff chest of his.

Haynes, 27, starts off by offering advice to other young performers who may be on their way up.

‘For those of you who are new to Hollywood or any business …be careful who you work with,’ he warns.

‘Watch out for liars, brainswashers and manipulators. Those who promise you the world then f*ck you over leaving you blindsided.’

The Arrow star adds: ‘If and when this happens to you, I promise you you will make it out alive. Take it from me, I knew it was happening the entire time and I’m doing so much better in life without that fake influence who projected negativity on me because they were too afraid to own up to their own insecurities.

‘Sorry for the realness … actually I’m not.’

He ended the post by stating: ‘I’m done apologizing for things I didn’t do.’

Haynes, best known for his roles on Arrow and Teen Wolf, has opened up about his struggle with anxiety caused by being in the closet and being reluctant to go public with the fact that he is gay.
