Ellen DeGeneres is taking her already ominant digital presence to a new level.

The multiple Emmy-winning talk show host announced late Wednesday (4 May) that she is launching the Ellen Digital Network which will feature several already established YouTube and Snapchat stars.

With more than 1.1 billion total cross-platform views, DeGeneres already ranks as the top creator of digital content online, according to a survey done by Tubular last November.

The slate of programming for the network includes: a Snapchat series called Damn, Daniel; an animated series featuring the Emmy winner’s pets called Ellen’s Pet Dish; #MadeByYou which features the best user-generated content from DeGeneres’ YouTube channel called Ellentube; the game show Epic or Fail which is a popular segment on The Ellen DeGeneres Show; a series featuring 4-year-old whiz kid and The Ellen DeGeneres Show favorite Brielle Millaand; and new episodes of tWitch & Allison’s Dance Challenge.

DeGeneres will also pair with openly gay social media star Tyler Oakley on a range of original digital projects through a deal that will also try to develop projects for television as well.

‘I’m so excited for the Ellen Digital Network,’ DeGeneres said in a statement.

‘I’ll get to showcase amazing talents like Tyler Oakley and tWitch. Plus, I’ll finally prove to the world that my pets can speak in human voices.’
