Ellen Page fans, rejoice! The X-Men actress will be playing another superhero in an upcoming Netflix series.

Back in July, we learned that former My Chemical Romance frontman Gerard Way will be adapting his popular graphic novel, The Umbrella Academy, into a live-action Netflix show.

The series, like the comics, will follow the lives of five adoptive siblings with superpowers as they attempt to find out who killed their father.

Page will be playing Vanya, the only sibling who lacks a power. However, Vanya is an incredibly gifted violinist, and this will be an important part of the story.

According to Nylon, ‘Vanya is a wallflower who has a hard time understanding her place in the family since everyone has abilities that she lacks. But it’s also canon that the rest of Vanya’s siblings do not deal well with their powers, so maybe not having a superpower is a power in itself.’

Anything else?

Steve Blackman is the executive producer of the series, with Gerard Way serving as co-executive producer. The script was written by Jeremy Slater.

The 10-episode series is to be released sometime in 2018.

Fans are more than excited about the news:
