Jack Falahee, Conrad Ricamora fight back after Philippines TV cut their gay kiss scene

ABC’s How To Get Away With Murder is back with a third season but fans in the Philippines appeared to be missing out on some key moments between gay characters Connor and Oliver, aka #Coliver, as played by Jack Falahee and Conrad Ricamora.

Apparently in the second episode of the new season, the couple shares a kiss but the scene got cut.

Ricamora, who recently received the HRC Visibility Award, was one of the first to speak out about the censorship on social media.

The 37-year-old also shared a screenshot of the conversation he had with Falahee about the matter.

Falahee tweeted the TV stations asking for an explanation.

So, what exactly went down during the scene where the kiss got cut?

Here [SPOILER]:

Thankfully, due to the backlash, Sony Television has announced that the kiss scene will be restored and aired in a special replay of Episode 2, before the premiere of Episode 3 on Friday.

The two actors sent their thanks to the station for correcting its mistake.

Sharing that his dad was born in the Philippines, Ricamora expressed his gratitude by saying, ‘This means the world to me.’

Falahee on the other hand also thanked the fans of the show for their support.
