Johnny Depp's wife Amber Heard granted domestic violence restraining order
Bisexual actress filed for divorce from Oscar nominated star

Bisexual actress Amber Heard has been granted a domestic violence restraining order in what appears to be an ugly split fromJohnny Depp.
The estranged couple had been married less than 15 months when Heard filed for divorce on Monday (23 May) claiming irreconcilable differences.
Depp’s mother had died just days before the divorce filing.
Heard has a bruised eye in a photo accompanying the restraining order and claims Depp smashed his phone into her face during an attack that took place on 21 May, according to TMZ.
The actress called police and claims her husband offered her hush money to keep the incident quiet.
The personal drama is taking place as Depp has a new film out this weekend.
He plays Mad Hatter in Alice Through the Looking Glass, a sequel to Alice in Wonderland.
Depp’s spokesperson issued a statement saying the Oscar nominated actor would not respond to ‘salacious false stories, gossip, misinformation and lies about his personal life.
‘Given the brevity of this marriage and the most recent and tragic loss of his mother, Johnny will not respond to any of the salacious false stories, gossip, misinformation and lies about his personal life,’ the statement also reads.
‘Hopefully the dissolution of this short marriage will be resolved quickly.’
Heard and Depp met while making the film The Rum Diaries.
