Kesha was not only slaying with her vocals at Disney World’s ‘One Magical Weekend’ festival, she helped make a gay couple’s dream come true by holding a surprise proposal on stage.

The 29-year-old TiK ToK singer was performing at the Hollywood Studios as part of the Orlando theme park’s Gay Days celebration over the weekend.

Halfway through her performance, she announced to have gay couple, Joseph and Naveed, join her on stage as they were the winners of a contest, adding, ‘I have an awesome secret surprise present for them.’

The couple were first blindfolded for a ‘game,’ but then Joseph suddenly took his blindfold off and proceeded to get down to one knee to propose to Naveed.

Joseph told Billboard that he actually reached out to Kesha via Instagram to suggest the idea:

‘I had been wanting to propose for a while, just was not sure how to do it, so I just decided to message her on Instagram and never thinking in a million years she’d ever get back to me, and then she did! She put me in touch with her manager, and tried to hammer out the details from there.’

He added: ‘Everything was so surreal. They call it One Magical Weekend — there was nothing else that could have described what happened. It was just absolutely magical.’

Kesha has also taken it to social media to congratulate the couple:

In March, Kesha was presented with the Visibility Award at the Human Rights Campaign annual dinner in Nashville, Tennessee, for her work against the bullying and harassment of LGBT people.

‘I have met many members of the LBGT community and my friends who have thought about taking their own lives,’ she said. ‘My message today is don’t be afraid to speak up against any injustice you experience.’

She added: ‘Don’t let people scare or shame you into changing the things about you that make you unique.’

Last September, Kesha officiated her second gay wedding for her hairstylist Vittorio Masecchia and his now-husband Felipe Noqueira.

She got ordained as a minister in 2012 to officiate the wedding of two lesbian friends.

‘I can’t understand why any person or any law would stand in between that kind of love,’ she said at the time.
