More men make accusations against Kevin Spacey

Kevin Spacey

More men have spoken out against Kevin Spacey.

The claims follow allegations Spacey made a ‘sexual advance‘ towards a child actor in 1986.

Anthony Rapp, who is starring in the new Star Trek series, claimed Spacey made an ‘advance’ towards him when he was 14 years old.

Spacey responded in a statement saying if it happened, it would have been 30 years ago and a ‘drunken’ encounter.

‘If I did behave then as he describes, I owe him the sincerest apology for what would have been deeply inappropriate drunken behavior, and I am sorry for the feelings he describes having carried with him all these years,’ he said.

In the same statement, Spacey said he now ‘chooses to live as a gay man’.

Coming out in a statement that was also about an alleged sexual assault was also heavily criticized by LGBTI celebrities.

Other statements have followed from other men alleging the House of Cards actor assaulted them.

A West Sussex barman has claimed the House of Cards actor once sat next to him on a bench on his his break.

Daniel Beal claims Spacey show him his privates and said: ‘It’s big isn’t it?’

Beal was 19 at the time, working at Goodwood Park Hotel, in 2010.

He then alleges Spacey insisted Beal swap his £20 casio watch for Spacey’s expensive IWC Portofino watch.

Beal claims Spacey offered him the £5,000 ($6,600, €5,700) watch ‘to keep him quiet.’

After this incident, Beal claimed the actor would ‘touch his hand’ each time he served him a drink. He also says Spacey once invited him to ‘smoke weed’ in his hotel room.

Beal told The Sun: ‘Looking back he was trying to manipulate me as soon as he walked into that bar.

The barman claims he sold the watch before Spacey’s aide called and asked for it to be returned.

The actor’s management reportedly complained to the 19-year-olds employer.

Beal continued: ‘Spacey or his people had obviously complained I had somehow acted inappropriately.’

He described Spacey as ‘just like his character in House Of Cards — seedy and a bit weird.’

Spacey has not confirmed or denied this allegation. It is unknown whether this occurred or not.

Terry Montana

Filmmaker and director Terry Montana also alleges Spacey drunkenly “groped” his groin at a Los Angeles bar in 2003.

Montata told Radar: ‘I went up to order a drink and Kevin came up to me and put his arm around me.

‘He was telling me to come with him, to leave the bar. He put his hand on my crotch forcefully and grabbed my whole package.’

The director says he had PTSD for six months after this event.

He adds: ‘It was an emasculating thing for someone to do to me.

‘Whenever I went to the bar I would see if he was there or have my back against the wall.’

Spacey has not confirmed or denied this allegation. It is unknown whether this occurred or not.

The Sun also reports an industry insider was ‘propositioned’ by a drunk Kevin Spacey at 2013’s Edinburgh TV Festival.

A source, who was also at the party, said: ‘Kevin was to give a lecture.

‘His appearance on stage was a triumph. But word quickly got round about how he made an advance towards a young, straight writer but was told where to go in no uncertain terms.’

Another unnamed actor has come forward, claiming he was left traumatized after waking up to find Spacey lying on top of him.

The event took place in the 1980s when the actor was in his teens.

He told Victoria Derbyshire Spacey had invited him to spend the weekend with him in New York. It soon became clear Kevin was interested in him in ‘a way I wasn’t.’

The actor said Spacey invited him to share his bed. He declined and slept on the sofa. He then woke to find Spacey with his arms around him.

The teen actor did not believe anything sexual had taken place but said it made him feel ‘uncomfortable at best, traumatized at worst.’

Spacey has also not confirmed or denied these allegations. It is unknown whether this occurred or not.
