So he sits down with Khloe to discuss how to change his life for the better. He says: ‘I’ve always had issues with weight since I was little.

‘When I started dating Andrew, I used to eat a lot with him,’ he said.

He tells Khloe: ‘The Indian culture that I know – being gay is so taboo – it’s frowned upon and nobody wants to talk about it.’

He embarks on a journey with celebrity personal trainer Gunnar Peterson.

Mayank loses 44 pounds over 12 weeks. And then comes the conversation with his parents in the big reveal at the end.

In the reveal, he says: ‘I’m gay. This whole experience had made me really understand who I am. That person is a gay man who’s in love with his boyfriend.’

And you need to see his dad’s reaction.
